GlowUp Cosmetics was founded in 2016 by Alyssa Jane. Alyssa was an Undergraduate when she had the idea to create a makeup company after noticing the lack of diversity on store shelves. Alyssa's company quickly took off, and continues to thrive and support a variety of skin-types and skin tones today.

With a degree in Business Administration, Alyssa founded GlowUp Cosmetics fresh out of college, with a passion for makeup and inclusivity.

Monet Johnson

CEO

After studying communications and business, Monet quickly joined GlowUp Cosmetics and became CEO 3 years later.

Robert Emerson

Head Of Cosmetics

Robert has a degree in cosmetology and chemistry. He has a passion for makeup and a drive for creativity. Robert has previously worked in the products department, and has been the Head Of Cosmetics for 3 years now

Janet Olsen

Brand Ambassador

Janet is the newest member to the glowUp family. She is a current undergraduate student studying marketing and communications, and has an interest in social media and management.
